Business Analyst, Non Cleared

I am currently adversiting for a Business Analyst to join a leading organisation based in Newcastle

Rate - £550.00 outside IR35

Location - Once a week onsite in Newcastle

Duration - TBC - CIRCA 6 months

Key Requirements

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements and end-to-end processes.
• Engage and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
• Support configuration and testing of Pega solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Create and maintain customer/user journeys for key business applications.
• Produce clear, structured documentation including flowcharts, diagrams, and technical artefacts.
• Ensure traceability of business requirements through to final delivery and testing.
• Manage relationships with internal teams, third parties, and external vendors.
• Contribute to the preparation of user and system test plans, supporting test execution as needed.
• Provide training and ongoing support to end users (where applicable).
• Maintain support model documentation and user lifecycle management processes.
• Apply business analysis best practices and methodologies to deliver quality outputs on time and within budget.
• Work closely with Pega developers to ensure seamless implementation and positive business outcomes.

Previous Experience

• Proven experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally within financial services or regulated industries.
• Prior exposure to or hands-on experience with Pega platforms. MUST have experiences of using PEGA
• Proficient with Confluence, Jira, and Agile delivery environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience with process mapping, documentation, and re-engineering.
• Knowledge of business analysis frameworks and delivery methodologies.
• Ability to deliver high-quality documentation and artefacts independently.
• Understanding of business, operating, and technology models in Financial Services is desirable.
