Business Analyst - Salesforce CRM

London. 4 days per week on site. c£650 per day via Umbrella. Inside IR35.

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a major transformation programme focused on improving client onboarding and CRM processes for our banking client.

• Strong Business Analyst experience on technology or business change programmes.
• Proven Salesforce CRM experience.
• Excellent requirements gathering and process mapping skills.
• Experience improving business processes and workflows.
• Ability to work with both business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience supporting testing and UAT activities.
• Financial services/banking experience

• Gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Working closely with stakeholders to understand current processes and identify improvements.
• Supporting Salesforce CRM enhancements to improve user experience and data quality.
• Defining requirements for system integrations and data feeds.
• Supporting workflow automation and process optimisation initiatives.
• Assisting with testing and successful delivery of solutions.
