Business Change Consultant
I am currently working with a leading IT services provider that's renowned for the delivery of complex mission critical solutions across both public and private sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced Business Change Consultant to join one of their flagship client accounts, a high profile programme undergoing significant transformation.

The Role
- As a Business Change Consultant, you will be embedded within a multidisciplinary delivery team, working closely with stakeholders at all levels to ensure the human side of change is fully considered and successfully delivered
- Your focus will on putting users at the heart of change and understanding how proposed changes will impact them, identifying areas of resistance and tailoring strategies to support a smooth transition
- You'll take ownership of change management approach, delivering communication plans, stakeholder engagement, training strategies and post implementation support, whilst driving overall adoption and readiness
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the organisational landscape, including culture, stakeholders, and current ways of working
- Build strong sponsorship and advocacy for change at senior levels
- Conduct impact assessments and gauge change readiness
- Develop and deliver targeted change plans:
- Comms and engagement
- Stakeholder management
- Training and workforce transition
- Readiness and adoption tracking
- Anticipate risks, resistance and develop effective mitigation strategies
- Run communication forums, town halls, and manage FAQs and internal channels
- Lead post-go-live support (hypercare) and ensure successful transition to BAU
