Business Change Manager

We're supporting a leading organisation undergoing a major transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Business Change Manager to drive successful business adoption and engagement across key initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping change across people, process and technology.

• Develop and deliver change management strategies and plans for complex transformation initiatives.
• Conduct change impact, readiness and stakeholder assessments.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and communications across all levels of the business.
• Drive business readiness through training, workshops and change champion networks.
• Track adoption, benefits realisation and change success metrics.
• Partner with PMO, Technology, HR and business leaders to ensure change is embedded effectively.

• Proven track record delivering large-scale business change programmes.
• London Market insurance experience is essential (broker or underwriting environment).
• Experience supporting digital transformation and target operating model change.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies such as PROSCI and ADKAR.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior leadership and operational teams.
