The Role

As a Product / Business Analyst, you will act as the vital link between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective and valuable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and clearly document outcomes.

✅ Analyse, map and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements.

✅ Gather, validate and prioritise business and user requirements.

✅ Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.

✅ Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.

✅ Build strong relationships across clients, business users, and technical teams.

✅ Support product backlog creation, refinement, and prioritisation.

✅ Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

✅ Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure successful delivery of requirements.

✅ Capture and communicate user feedback to support continuous product improvement.

✅ Contribute to product roadmaps and delivery planning.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Analyst who has worked within the insurance niche.
• Proven experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements.
• Strong experience working within Agile delivery frameworks.
• A solid understanding of the product development lifecycle.
• Practical experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• The ability to balance business priorities with technical considerations.
• A proactive approach with confidence to challenge constructively and drive positive change.
