Business Transformation Lead PM

Business Transformation Lead / Lead Project Manager Cheshire or London | Permanent | Major UK Retail Network£ + car allowance and bonus

We're partnering with a major UK retail network to appoint a Lead Project Manager for a large-scale business transformation programme.

You'll lead complex transformation projects from end to end, improving internal processes, customer journeys and product journeys across the organisation.

This is more than a delivery role. You'll ensure transformation activity aligns with the wider operating model, bringing together senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers to deliver lasting change.

What we're looking for:

• Proven delivery of complex business transformation projects or programmes
• Experience within a large retail, branch-based or multi-site organisation
• Strong knowledge of process, customer or product journey transformation
• Experience aligning change initiatives with an operating model
• Excellent stakeholder and cross-functional leadership
• Experience managing third-party suppliers
• PRINCE2 and Agile delivery experience
