You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, combining deep cyber security knowledge with strong relationship management, service quality oversight, and commercial awareness. You'll work closely with SOC leadership, driving service excellence, identifying growth opportunities, and shaping long-term security roadmaps for clients.

This role is ideal for someone who is methodical, highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels within cyber security environments.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key SOC clients through regular meetings and calls.
  • Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), including board-level strategic consultancy, service performance reviews, and security roadmap development.
  • Ensure the quality and effectiveness of security services meet client expectations and contractual requirements.
  • Identify and progress opportunities to expand existing service offerings.

  • Engage strategically with SOC leadership to address emerging threats, trends, and client concerns.
  • Attend daily SOC stand-ups, weekly SOC L10 calls, and monthly mentoring sessions with the Director of Cyber Security.

  • Analyse SOC metrics at both client and service levels.
  • Retrospectively complete Capability and Maturity Models for existing SOC clients.

Security Roadmap Management

  • Own and manage security roadmaps for existing SOC customers.
  • Develop and drive new commercial opportunities aligned to client maturity and the technology stack.
  • Streamline proposal and opportunity workflows to improve speed and conversion success.

Billing & Financial Management

  • Work closely with Finance to prepare and approve monthly client invoices.
  • Maintain profitability and commercial performance across assigned accounts.

Travel

  • Occasional travel to client sites and between London, Manchester, and Bristol offices.
