Digital Marketing Manager / Digital & Brand Marketing Manager / GTM Marketing Manager / Marketing & Sales Manager

We're looking for a Digital Marketing and Brand Manager who is both strategic and hands-on. You'll design and execute campaigns that build awareness of our clients services and products, while also being comfortable picking up the phone, sending outreach emails, and creating opportunities directly.

Reporting directly into the Business Development Director, you'll also work closely with our Digital Engagement Lead (who drives SEO, keywords, and content strategy) and our BD/Sales team to generate demand, nurture prospects, and ensure our brand is consistently presented across every channel.

The role:

  • Designing and launching a new LinkedIn Ads campaign that puts the clients in front of major enterprises
  • Jumping into Webflow to refresh our website with new case studies and landing pages.
  • Drafting a one-pager or sales deck that helps the BD team win their next client pitch.
  • Picking up the phone or sending a personalised email to drive interest in an upcoming webinar.
  • Reviewing campaign analytics and spotting opportunities to optimise ad spend for better ROI.
  • Brainstorming with the Digital Engagement Lead on the next big campaign idea that sets us apart in the QA space.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaigns & Lead Generation

  • Plan and run integrated campaigns across PPC, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and email.
  • Drive top-of-funnel activity: outreach, inbound campaigns, events, and webinars.
  • Support sales/BD team with targeted campaigns to generate qualified leads.

Digital & Web

  • Manage website updates, landing pages, and UX improvements in Webflow.
  • Track and report on web analytics, campaign performance, and lead conversion.
  • Optimise website to improve lead generation and SEO performance.

Content & Creative

  • Create and manage marketing collateral (brochures, decks, one-pagers, case studies).
  • Ensure all branding and creative assets are consistent, modern, and impactful.
  • Collaborate with our content specialist for thought leadership, blogs, and case studies.

Events & Outreach

  • Organise and promote webinars, client events, and industry conferences.
  • Represent the client externally, building awareness in target communities.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Digital Engagement Lead to align on content strategy, SEO, and messaging.
  • Partner with the BD team to ensure campaigns and materials support pipeline goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 2-5 years in B2B marketing (tech, SaaS, or consultancy preferred).
  • Lead generation mindset: Proven ability to generate and nurture leads.
  • Hands-on approach: Comfortable with both strategy and execution (campaigns, outreach, reporting).
  • Webflow expertise: Experience in managing and optimising Webflow websites.
  • Digital skills: Strong knowledge of PPC, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, analytics, and SEO.
  • Content capability: Ability to create high-quality innovative marketing collateral and sales-enablement material.
  • Collaboration: Strong communicator who can work across marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial, proactive, results-driven, and ready to grow with the business.
