Digital Product Owner / Product Owner / Ecommerce Product Owner
We're looking for a digitally focused Product Owner to lead the evolution of our clients customer-facing My Account experience. You'll be responsible for shaping and delivering new features, improvements, and front-end enhancements that make our clients customers' journeys easier, faster and more intuitive.
You will work at the centre of a cross-functional delivery team, collaborating with UX designers, developers, business analysts, and key stakeholders to ensure all changes are aligned with customer needs, technical feasibility, and strategic business goals.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on turning insight into action and driving meaningful product improvements.
What You'll Be Doing-
Own and prioritise the My Account product roadmap, ensuring clear alignment with business and digital strategy.

Translate customer data, insight, and business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications.

Work closely with UX researchers and designers to deliver intuitive, customer-centric front-end experiences.

Collaborate daily with developers and QA to refine stories, remove blockers, and deliver high-quality increments.

Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Monitor product performance, identify opportunities for optimisation, and drive continuous improvement.

Act as the voice of the customer within the squad and champion digital best practice.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment and transparency on progress and priorities.

Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role working on digital products (preferably customer portals or account management journeys).

Strong understanding of front-end development, UX principles, and responsive design.

Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional delivery teams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clarity.

Strong prioritisation, decision-making, and problem-solving capability.

Comfortable owning the backlog and making informed trade-off decisions.

Passion for creating seamless, impactful customer experiences.

Experience with customer identity / authentication journeys.

Familiarity with analytics platforms and using data to drive decisions.

Background in e-commerce, financial services, utilities, telco, or subscription-based business models.
