Are you ready to bridge the gap between Finance and IT, driving meaningful change in a dynamic and evolving environment within the London Insurance Market?

We’re looking for a Business Analyst – Core Finance who has experience of working within the London Insurance market to join a high-performing Finance Change team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping financial systems and processes.

What you’ll do:

• Analyse and document finance requirements with functional and non-functional requirements
• Design and support solutions across ERP, workflow, treasury, and reporting systems.
• Partner with product owners and technical teams to deliver change.
• Support system implementations, testing, data migration, and user training.
• Create insightful reporting to drive smarter decisions.

What you’ll bring:

✔ Strong financial acumen and knowledge of accounting/payment solutions and reporting

✔ Business analysis expertise within the London Market insurance niche – user stories, process mapping, data analysis

✔ Experience with finance systems (ERP, payment, consolidation, reporting)

✔ Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills

✨ Bonus points if you’ve worked with Pega, Tagetik, Anaplan, PeopleSoft is a plus
