IT Director - Professional Services

We are currently supporting a large, renowned, UK professional services firm as they look to hire a new Group IT Director. The Group IT Director will lead a large in house Technology team of 200 FTE's and own the Technology strategy for the wider business in its entirety. The focus of this role will be on modernisation of the technology landscape and IT estate for the organisation as they look to drive expansion across the UK.

The successful Group IT Director will have the following skills/experience:-Demonstrable in-house experience of acting as an IT Director / Technology Director / CIO for a large, complex professional services business, ideally with multiple operating companies and with several thousand employees.-Experience of devising, delivering and embedding Technology modernisation strategies across large, complex, professional services businesses. -Demonstrable experience of managing, developing and leading a large team of Technology professionals across multiple IT functions.-Significant experience partnering with C-suite Executives of a business, acting as the voice for Technology.
