Job Role: Dev Lead - Microsoft 365

Location: Mostly remote, occasional travel to London office

Salary: £65,000 - £78,000

Key Responsibilities:

As an M365 Lead Developer, you will:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Assist the IT Delivery manager in refining and improving the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Design, code, and test M365-based solutions, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Apps, Power Automate, and more.
• Excel in communication with technical engineers and non-tech stakeholders, confidently and professionally.
• Bring Agile experience to the table to drive efficient development processes.
