Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping client requirements, designing and configuring Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions, and ensuring successful end-to-end delivery of payroll processes. This is a hands-on role, working collaboratively with clients, system integrates, and internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes in complex project environments.
Location - London twice a week on site
Clearance - SC Cleared
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand and shape payroll-related requirements, business processes, and solution alignment

Design and configure Oracle Cloud Payroll to meet business and regulatory needs

Provide expertise in Oracle Time and Labour (OTL) and Absence Management, ensuring standard integration with Oracle Payroll

Develop and maintain complex Fast Formulas for Payroll processing

Create, enhance, and support detailed functional designs including standard functionality, custom reports, integrations, and PaaS components (e.g., Travel Package)

Work closely with Payroll Leads, clients, and system integrators to shape and refine the end-to-end payroll solution

Support the business in planning and executing System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Collaborate within a large program team, including Business Process Owners, Subject Matter Experts, and Product Owners

Contribute to the development of Payroll Costing solutions interfacing Oracle Payroll with ERP systems
Required Skills and Experience
-
Proven experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations and configurations.

Strong understanding of Oracle Time and Labour (OTL) and Absence Management modules.

In-depth experience in writing complex Fast Formulas for Payroll.

Experience working in large transformation programs involving multiple stakeholders.

Ability to translate business requirements into scalable payroll solutions.

Previous experience supporting testing phases and providing user guidance.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Oracle Cloud Payroll Implementer Certification (Required).
