Procure 2 Pay Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM/PtP Consultant with a strong consulting background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading full-cycle SAP S/4HANA or ECC implementations, with deep hands-on configuration expertise in the Materials Management (MM) and Procure-to-Pay (PtP) domains.

• Lead and deliver MM/PtP workstreams across multiple full-cycle SAP S/4HANA or ECC projects (8+ years of experience).

• Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic and tactical input into SAP MM design and implementation.

• Manage and guide project teams in client-facing roles, ensuring high-quality deliverables and successful outcomes.

• Own and deliver key project components, including solution design, configuration, and stakeholder engagement.

• Champion best practice design principles, focusing on fit-for-purpose solutions that align with business requirements.

• Extensive hands-on configuration and leadership in MM functionalities, including:

  • Purchase requisition creation and planning integration

  • Purchase order processing

  • Goods receipt processing

  • Subcontracting

  • Returns processing

• Experience in multiple end-to-end design and implementation programmes within S/4HANA or ECC.

• Proficiency in SAP Fiori apps and flexible workflow is highly advantageous.

• Deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes, inventory management, and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).

• Solid understanding of SAP module integrations, particularly with Planning, EWM, and other logistics components.

• Ability to define and implement MM organizational structures within PtP to ensure scalable and efficient solutions.

• Familiarity with the strategic direction of SAP and related products.

• Business process knowledge in one or more of the following sectors:

  • Aerospace and Defence

  • Consumer Products

  • Pharmaceuticals

  • Discrete Manufacturing

• SAP Sourcing and Procurement certification is a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to operate in both advisory and delivery capacities.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
