PMO / Project Support - DV Cleared

PMO / Programme support:

Provide project management support for technology delivery projects with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement and relationship management. The role requires balancing administrative project tasks with proactive communication and coordination across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support delivery of technology projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Manage and maintain stakeholder relationships across MOD and delivery partners.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and reporting.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and governance activities.
• Ensure compliance with MOD processes and security requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues impacting delivery.
• Facilitate smooth handover and continuity during project transitions.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in project management within technology-focused projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with MOD environments and governance processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Current MOD DV clearance

Desirable:

• Experience with Defence Digital or similar MOD delivery frameworks.
• Knowledge of agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Previous experience in relationship building within complex organisations.
