Partner Success Executive Location: London - Hybrid Salary: £26,000 - £35,000 per annum + benefits Start: Immediate start available

The Opportunity Are you looking to kickstart your career in account management with a growing tech business? This entry-level Partner Success Executive position offers fantastic progression opportunities, hands-on training, and exposure to a wide range of clients and project.

The Role

You'll play a key part in supporting the Partner Success team, ensuring clients receive excellent service throughout their journey. This is a varied role with a mix of administration, client support, and process ownership. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with quote creation and sales order processing

  • Managing subscription renewals (licenses, warranties, etc.)

  • Producing quarterly business review reports in PowerPoint

  • Coordinating internal meetings, taking notes, and tracking actions

  • Maintaining internal systems and ensuring data accuracy

  • Creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures

About You We're looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and customer-focused. You'll be confident in taking ownership of tasks and keen to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you will have:

  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)

  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities

  • A degree in IT, Marketing, Business, or relevant work experience (desirable, not essential)

  • Flexibility to occasionally travel between London and Bristol
