Performance Analyst SC

We're seeking a highly skilled Performance Analyst with active SC Clearance to join our dynamic team, supporting a range of high-impact government or defence-related projects. You'll work at the intersection of data, strategy, and delivery-translating complex data sets into clear, actionable insights that drive decision-making across the organisation.

Rate - £negotiable outside

Duration - 6 Months

Location - Newcastle - remote

• Design and deliver robust performance measurement frameworks

• Analyse and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualisations using tools such as Power BI, Excel, or similar

• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams to inform strategy and improve outcomes

• Contribute to continuous improvement of data and analytics capability
