We're looking for a Product Owner who combines strategic thinking with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. This is an opportunity to lead product vision and delivery in a dynamic, client-facing environment while shaping innovative digital services.

• Own the product vision and ensure each iteration delivers maximum value.
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog, working closely with Business Analysts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional agile squads to deliver user-centred solutions.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders during sprint reviews and project updates.
• Contribute to business development activities, proposals, and client pitches.
• Support internal initiatives such as thought leadership, practice development, and team events.
• Champion agile principles and help foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Experience in user-centred product or service development.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery and product ownership.
• Ability to balance business priorities with technical constraints.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Willingness to step into roles such as BA or Service Designer when needed.
• Relevant agile certifications (e.g., PSPO, PSM) or commitment to obtain them.

Desirable:

• Experience with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and design principles.
• Consulting experience in digital transformation projects.

• Work on high-impact digital transformation projects.
