Program Management Office Analyst

PMO Analyst – c£45,000-£50,000 | Hybrid, North West

We’re supporting a leading organisation with an opportunity for a PMO Analyst to join their Change function. This role will support the delivery of key change initiatives by maintaining strong governance, reporting, and portfolio insight. The role is hybrid with one day on site per fortnight.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a PMO, project support, or change environment
• Exposure to IT, regulatory, or business change
• Understanding of waterfall, agile, or hybrid delivery methods
• Strong reporting, organisation, and stakeholder communication skills
• Awareness of risk, governance, and project controls

What you’ll be doing:

• Producing portfolio and project MI, dashboards, and reports
• Supporting PMO governance processes and frameworks
• Tracking risks, issues, dependencies, and actions
• Maintaining PMO templates, tools, and documentation
• Assisting with assurance activities, project reviews, and lessons learned
• Supporting budget and benefits tracking across the change portfolio
