Programme Director (SC Cleared)

We are currently on the look for an experienced Programme Director to provide a senior level oversight and governance on a complex SAP Integration within a high level profile transformation programme

This role would require someone who has led multiple technology integrations in challenging environments and can bring strong delivery assurance, stakeholder management and risk mitigation capability. You will act as a key interface between the client organisation and their technology delivery partner, ensuring programme outcomes stay on track

Location - Berkshire

Duration - 6 Months

Clearance - SC Cleared (MUST)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide programme level oversight of a large scale SAP integration
• Work alongside internal delivery teams and third party suppliers to ensure alignment, delivery confidence and risk control
• Identify and manage delivery risks, escalating and intervening where necessary
• Influence and advise senior stakeholders across both technical and business functions
• Ensure effective governance is in place and operating at pace
• Drive accountability and transparency across the programme delivery landscape

Experiences

• Proven track record as a Programme Director or equivalent senior delivery lead on major transformation programmes
• Deep experience in SAP implementation and integration, particularly in complex high stakes environments
• Strong background in technology engaged change, including supplier oversight and delivery governance
• Ability to navigate and influence senior stakeholders
• Excellent communicator working in environments under pressure with multiple moving parts and competing priorities
