Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 per annum

Ideally you will already uphold a DV level of Security Clearance.

What You'll Be Doing:

As Programme Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex technology programmes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Programme Leadership: Oversee the full lifecycle of designated programmes, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and manage programme plans, budgets, resources, and timelines.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Risk & Compliance: Identify risks and ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and security protocols (including ITAR/export controls).
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams and mentor project managers.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation in processes, tools, and methodologies.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a confident and experienced leader with a passion for technology and defence innovation. You'll need:

• 5+ years' experience in programme/project management within a defence environment.
• Proven expertise in defence digital technologies, procurement, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience working with emergent technologies and high-tech organisations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, APMP).
• Deep understanding of Portfolio, Programme and Project Management (P3M).
• Ability to manage multiple complex programmes simultaneously.
• Solid financial oversight and budget management experience.
