We're recruiting for an experienced Project Coordinator to support the delivery of a large-scale IT transformation programme. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced delivery environment, working closely with Programme Managers, Project Managers and Agile teams to ensure successful programme execution.

This hybrid role requires 3 days per week onsite in Hatfield (Tuesday-Thursday), so applicants should be within a reasonable commuting distance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Programme Managers with planning, scheduling and programme coordination.
  • Maintain programme plans, RAID logs, action trackers and status reports.
  • Coordinate governance meetings and produce high-quality documentation.
  • Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives.
  • Track delivery progress using Jira and maintain documentation in Confluence.
  • Coordinate with technical teams and business stakeholders to manage risks, dependencies and delivery milestones.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years' experience as a Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst or similar IT delivery role.
  • Experience working within both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience maintaining RAID logs, project plans and governance documentation.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Desirable
  • Experience with SAP or Salesforce.
  • Exposure to Azure DevOps or Miro.
  • PRINCE2 Foundation or Agile certification (PSM I, CSM or similar).
Contract Details
  • Location: Hatfield (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
  • Contract: Initial contract until December 2026, with potential for extension.
