Project Manager - Chatbot Implementation - Insurance
- Surrey- Twice a month (As and when required)
- 6 months initially with likely extensions
- £600 - £650 per day inside IR35 (Umbrella engagement only)
Overview
This sits within a large contact strategy programme.
Initial phase has focused on telephony which is nearing completion. Next phase moves into chatbot and AI capability which is what this PM will be working across.
Supporting delivery across multiple workstreams.
Working on a rollout of an out of the box chatbot, and AI solution into three business lines- Will require small amounts of configuration and development.
This is a high-profile programme with staggered delivery over the next 4 to 5 months.
Team made up of a Programme Manager, junior PM, and BAs in place. Will be dealing with offshore technology teams and third party suppliers - Will need to act as the bridge between the business, tech and vendors.

- Strong Project Manager with experience in complex delivery environments
- Insurance experience - Essential
- Exposure to telephony, contact centre, chatbot, or AI programmes - Essential
- Strong stakeholder management
- Clear planning and communication
- Able to operate at detail level without losing oversight
- Able to hit the ground running
Key challenges
- Busy business stakeholders with limited capacity
- Need for clear communication and structured planning
- Testing and business engagement need tightening - need clarity on what the ask is from the business
- High pace with multiple dependencies
