Up to £450 per day Outside IR35

Sanderson recruitment is currently working with financial services organisation who are looking for an experienced QA Lead to take the reins across multiple testing teams, providing both leadership and hands-on support. You'll be leading a group of QA Engineers and a SDET, helping to coordinate testing efforts across a modern front-end and back-end tech stack, while ensuring QA standards are upheld at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple QA teams across a mission-critical financial services project
• Coordinate testing activities across front-end and back-end systems
• Collaborate closely with developers, PMs, and stakeholders to define and refine requirements
• Support and enhance test automation frameworks (hands-on with Selenium and Playwright)
• Ensure robust QA standards are maintained throughout the SDLC
• Help build out test coverage for new features and tech stack amendments
