Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead

Umbrella Engagement - South West based - must be able to attend site as and when required - Need to have outstanding communication skills - Scrum Master / Agile Lead

• Need to have worked on Major Programmes of Work for Technology Transformation - Shaping and Owning Delivery
• Drive Meaningful Change across a Unique and Complicated IT Estate in a fast moving setting
• Run Agile Ceremonies; manage team velocities, ensure all technical discovery, documentation and delivery is on track and address hurdles to maintain programme momentum
• Work closely with Developers and Testers
• Must have proven background as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead in complex environment
• Ability to manage and motivate cross functional teams.
• 6 months
