Software Engineer, Developer, Full stack Hybrid 2/3 days a week in office (Bristol)Salary: £45-50k per annum

Experienced Software Engineer wanted for a Full-time hybrid (2/3 days a week) role within a leading global commercial supplier

The Role:

We are looking for Full-Stack JavaScript Developer to join our team. You'll be working on our core applications, helping us build scalable and maintainable solutions using a modern JavaScript-based tech stack.

Tech stack:

• Front-End: Vue.js (or another JS framework), CSS frameworks
• Back-End: Node.js , MySQL
• General: Full JavaScript/TypeScript stack for simplicity and consistency

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable front-end applications using Vue.js (or similar JS frameworks)
• Build and optimise backend services using Node.js and MySQL
• Ensure responsive, accessible, and performant UI/UX
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise performance across the stack

What we're looking for:

• Commercial experience as a Full-Stack JavaScript Developer
• Strong proficiency in Vue.js (or another front-end framework like React/Angular)
• Solid experience with Node.js for backend development
• Proficiency in MySQL and database design principles
• Experience working with CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Bootstrap)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and best practices for back-end services
• Ability to write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
