Full-Time - Hybrid (3 days per week in Bristol, London, or Manchester) Up to £55,000 + Annual Bonus

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing Managed Service Provider during an ambitious period of expansion. As a Senior Project Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering innovative Microsoft Cloud solutions - enabling clients to modernise, secure, and scale their digital environments.

You'll work closely with customers to design, propose, and implement tailored solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, and data governance technologies. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strong client engagement, offering the chance to shape cloud adoption strategies and drive real business outcomes.

Ideal Candidate

You're a confident, proactive engineer with a passion for cloud technology and a focus on delivering results. You thrive in client-facing environments and are comfortable leading conversations around modern workplace transformation, data protection, and cloud security.

You will bring:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions

  • Proven understanding of Microsoft 365 Security, Modern Workplace, and Identity Management

  • Strong technical background in Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune

  • Expertise in Microsoft Purview, including Information Protection, DLP, and Data Retention

  • Experience configuring and managing Active Directory, Entra ID, and Windows Server environments

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with clients and internal teams

  • A "Humble, Hungry, and Smart" mindset - driven, collaborative, and emotionally intelligent

Advantageous experience:

  • Working within an MSP environment

  • Configuring environments for AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot)

  • Networking (Cisco Meraki, FortiNet) and Azure IaaS/PaaS experience

  • Scripting and automation with PowerShell or Power Automate

About the Role
  • Lead the technical delivery of Microsoft 365 and Azure projects from design through implementation

  • Develop solution-focused proposals that meet client requirements and budget

  • Drive adoption of Microsoft Cloud technologies including Purview, Intune, SharePoint, and Teams

  • Manage and deliver pre-sales technical input and proof-of-concepts

  • Implement and optimise identity, security, and governance solutions across hybrid environments

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful, on-time delivery of client projects

  • Build long-term, trusted relationships through technical excellence and professionalism
