- Report design.
- Report collation.
- Meeting MI pack preparation and distribution including version management.
- Recording notes/minutes, actions and risks.
- Setting up and management of meetings.
- Leading local Enterprise Change meetings.
- Contributing to continuous improvement of PMO tools, templates, and processes.
- Maintaining documentation and knowledge repositories.
- Supporting audit and compliance activities related to change governance.
- Excellent communication & influencing skills, at all levels and up to “Head of” level.
- Proficient in planning and organising.
- Use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint to intermediate level.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Competent at manual management of document version control.
- Good awareness of Project Management disciplines.
- Knowledge of Life and Pensions.
- Good understanding of end-to-end Diligenta lifecycle.
- Experience of budget management (not essential).
