 Summary of the role Senior member of Enterprise Change Governance team, supporting enterprise-level governance meetings including Enterprise Change Portfolio Board, Regulatory Change Delivery Forum, Technical Forum, Enterprise Change Committee, Enterprise Change Triage and number of BaNCS Build Shop meetings.  What you’ll be doing 
  • Report design.
  • Report collation.
  • Meeting MI pack preparation and distribution including version management.
  • Recording notes/minutes, actions and risks.
  • Setting up and management of meetings.
  • Leading local Enterprise Change meetings.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of PMO tools, templates, and processes.
  • Maintaining documentation and knowledge repositories.
  • Supporting audit and compliance activities related to change governance.
  What we’re looking for 
  • Excellent communication & influencing skills, at all levels and up to “Head of” level.
  • Proficient in planning and organising.
  • Use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint to intermediate level.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Competent at manual management of document version control.
  • Good awareness of Project Management disciplines.
  • Knowledge of Life and Pensions.
  • Good understanding of end-to-end Diligenta lifecycle.
  • Experience of budget management (not essential).
