Senior React Native Developer

Role: Senior React Native Developer

Location: 1-2 days a week in London

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000

We are seeking a Senior React Native Developer to join our team and lead the development of high-quality mobile applications. You will work closely with the team lead, product manager, designer, and other developers to build performant, scalable, and user-friendly apps for iOS and Android platforms. As a senior member of the team, you will be expected to bring a depth of technical experience, and a proactive attitude to solving complex challenges.

Ideal Candidate:

We're looking for someone with strong server side experience in software design and implementation, including being able to use coding languages to solve complex problems with respect to security, resilience and scale. You'll also need to be capable of complex requirements analysis capture and validation against and with business and platform requirements.

Must Have:

• 5+ years of professional experience in mobile development.
• 3+ years of experience building apps with React Native.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of mobile design principles and interface guidelines.
• Experience with Expo, Redux, React Navigation, or Reanimated.
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs.
• Experience with Git, Expo / EAS workflows, and automated testing.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality apps in production.

Additionally, you'll demonstrate experience of:

• 5+ years of professional experience in mobile development.
• 3+ years of experience building apps with React Native.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of mobile design principles and interface guidelines.
• Experience with Expo, Redux, React Navigation, or Reanimated.
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs.
• Experience with Git, Expo / EAS workflows, and automated testing.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality apps in production
• Familiarity with native development (Android/Java/Kotlin or iOS/Swift/Objective-C).
• Familiarity with native modules and bridging native code with React Native.
• Knowledge of mobile analytics, crash reporting, and performance monitoring tools.
