Service Availability Manager
Umbrella Engagement. 3 days on site. Data Centre Background. Service Focussed with a understanding of Business Demands. Will need to understand technology monitoring tools and general technology.
Must have a strong background in Service Improvement, Service Continuity, monitoring and improving SLAs - Service Level Agreements.
Will need to have outstanding stakeholder communications skills and be able to talk to multiple stakeholders and third parties.
ITIL Accredited.
