Service Delivery Manager

Role: Service Delivery Manager Location: West Sussex Salary: Up to £90,000 WFH: Remote

My client who is a leading financial services institution is looking for an experienced Service Delivery manager to join their team. This is an integral role within the organisation where you will be spearheading the continuous improvement of the IT function and be involved in the growth of the department.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Strong experience around Incident, Problem and Change management
• Comfortable working with 3rd party providers
• Experienced designing IT SLA's
• Knowledge of DevOps processes/practices or experienced working in a DevOps environment
• Automation experience i.e. Power-Shell
• Strong knowledge and experience around Azure
• Comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders
