Service Transition Manager, SC

We are currently looking for an SC Cleared Service Delivery Manager to join a leading organisation in Buckingham. Within this role you will have excellent analytically skills and the ability to develop solutions with focus on customer needs.

Rate - £400 outside of ir35

Duration - 6-12 Months

Location - Milton Keynes

• Proven track record of consistently delivering results and meeting targets.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop effective solutions focused on customer needs.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage effectively at all organizational levels.

• Ability to build, maintain, and exceed customer relationship expectations.

• Clear understanding of corporate drivers, including strategy, values, and core behaviours.

• Strong capability to create, interpret, and present data clearly and effectively.

• Sound technical understanding relevant to the role.

• Experience working with IT Service Management (ITSM) toolsets.

• ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

• Knowledge of operating IT systems within Government environments.

• ITIL Intermediate qualification in Service Transition and/or Release Control and Validation.

• Experience working with ServiceNow.
