ServiceNow SME / Implementation Specialist

Role: ServiceNow Implementation Specialist / SME Rate: £450 per day (Outside IR35)Location: Remote (UK-based candidates)Duration: 6 months

Overview: We're seeking an experienced ServiceNow SME to lead and support the implementation and integration of ServiceNow across enterprise IT environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise configuring ServiceNow modules and integrating the platform with existing IT systems and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ServiceNow implementation and configuration projects

• Integrate ServiceNow with core IT systems and external applications

• Define and deliver best practice solutions aligned with ITIL processes

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimise workflows and automation

• Provide technical guidance and SME-level support throughout the project lifecycle

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist /SME

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, etc.)

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, or similar)

• Solid grasp of ITIL processes and service management principles

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skills
