A leading Financial Services provider is seeking a Small Change Manager to oversee and facilitate organisational changes with a limited scope but a big impact. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in business readiness, junior project management, or junior change management, looking to take the next step in their career.

You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth transitions for a wide range of projects, from strategic and regulatory initiatives to IT system changes. Ensuring all stakeholders are ready for and supported through change.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead business process reviews, mapping end-to-end workflows, identifying pain points, and defining solutions through data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
  • Assist with project planning, tracking deliverables, and supporting governance activities to ensure successful change delivery.
  • Support business readiness activities, ensuring processes, people, and systems are prepared ahead of change implementation.
  • Work closely with third-party suppliers, stakeholders and directors to translate business requirements into accurate technical solutions, agreeing timelines and costs.
  • Promote best practice and continuous improvement through coaching, stakeholder engagement, and quarterly Operational Excellence reviews, resulting in targeted departmental improvement plans.
  • Coordinate and deliver User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within agreed timelines, aligning resources, plans, scripts, and evidence across project and business readiness teams.

Your Experience:

  • Experience in working within regulated environments.
  • Experience in programme/project management, business readiness, or operational change roles.
  • Skilled at structuring, analysing, and presenting complex ideas and data to solve challenging problems.
  • Proven expertise in process improvement tools, methods, and techniques.
  • Knowledge of process automation and digitisation technologies.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
