Key Responsibilities

  • Build and scale exceptional engineering teams through strategic recruitment, mentorship, and career development

  • Develop technical talent through coaching, pair programming, and knowledge sharing initiatives

What We're Looking For

For Experienced People Managers:

  • Proven track record developing technical talent
  • Curiosity about technology and willingness to learn
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product development
  • Strong coaching and performance management skills

For Senior Engineers Moving to Management:

  • 5+ years hands-on experience with Java, React or Angular (or similar)
  • Passion for developing others and sharing knowledge
  • Interest in business impact beyond code
  • Experience coaching and mentoring junior developers (formal or informal)

For Both:

  • Growth mindset and continuous learning approach
  • Experience with modern development practices (CI/CD, testing, etc.)
