Overview
Seeking a strong Technical Business Analyst with proven retail sector experience to support a major retail programme. The ideal candidate should be commercially aware, technically capable, and able to work across business and technology teams in a fast-paced delivery environment.
Key Requirements
- Strong experience as a Technical Business Analyst
- Proven background within retail environments (essential)
- Ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical deliverables
- Experience working with technical teams, stakeholders, and delivery functions
- Strong knowledge of process mapping, gap analysis, and solution documentation
- Confident managing workshops and stakeholder engagement
Preferred Background
- Experience on large retail transformation or digital change programmes
- Exposure to system integration, data flows, or platform change projects
- Comfortable working in agile delivery environments
Candidate Profile
- Strong communicator
- Able to hit the ground running
- Immediately available or short notice preferred
