Technical Delivery Manager (SC cleared)

Contract Role | Inside IR35 | £500 - £525 p/d | 3 months (initial)

We are currently working alongside a consultancy organisation seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to join a high-profile programme on a contract basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering complex technical initiatives within a fast-paced environment.

• Contract Length: May to August (initial term)

• Day Rate: Up to £525 per day (Inside IR35)

• Security Clearance: Active SC clearance required (must have been used within the last 12 months)

• Extension: Possible, subject to the outcome of a wider Delivery Partner bid (TBC)

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives

• Manage cross-functional teams, including engineering, architecture, and stakeholders

• Oversee delivery timelines, risks, dependencies, and reporting

• Drive Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement

• Act as the primary interface between technical teams and senior stakeholders

• Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Manager or similar role

• Strong background in delivering complex technical or digital programmes

• Experience working in secure/government environments

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Demonstrable experience with Agile methodologies

• Experience working within large-scale transformation programmes

• Familiarity with public sector delivery frameworks
