We're working with a leading insurance organisation who are looking for an Acturis Software Trainer – but we're just as keen to speak with Acturis power users from the business who are excited by the idea of moving into the training world.

The Role
You'll play a key role in the design, delivery and continuous improvement of Acturis training across the business. This will include:
- Delivering Acturis training to users at different experience levels (classroom & virtual)
- Supporting system rollouts, upgrades and enhancements
- Creating and updating training materials, guides and eLearning content
- Assessing training needs and tailoring sessions accordingly
- Supporting users post-training and feeding back improvements
- Working closely with stakeholders across the business
Who We're Looking For
We're open to two types of background:
- Experienced Software / Acturis Trainers
- OR
- Acturis Users from the Business (brokers, ops, admin, system SMEs) who are confident with the platform and would love to move into training
You'll ideally have:
- Strong hands-on Acturis experience
- Great communication skills
- Confidence presenting to individuals and groups
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- A genuine interest in learning & development
Previous training experience is a bonus – but not essential if you have the right attitude and system knowledge.
