Sanderson recruitment is currently partnered with a business that require a Test Lead to support a major business and technology change programme. You'll assure supplier testing, coordinate delivery across multiple teams and help drive successful end-to-end testing and UAT.

What you'll do

• Review and challenge supplier test plans, evidence, defects and reporting.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing, dependencies, readiness and UAT.
• Provide clear status, risk and issue updates to programme stakeholders.

What you'll bring

• Experience leading testing in complex business or technology change programmes.
• Strong supplier assurance, stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Sound knowledge of test management, defect handling and reporting.
• Financial services or another regulated-sector background is desirable.
