Sanderson Recruitment is partnering with a client on a high-priority project focused on business acceptance testing across multiple back-office financial systems. We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to provide leadership, structure and delivery confidence throughout the engagement. This will require experience with either insurance, life & pensions or Financial services.
Key responsibilities- Oversee all phases of business acceptance testing, from planning and preparation through execution and closure.
- Build clear, effective communication between testing teams and key stakeholders, including project managers, developers and business analysts.
- Monitor testing progress, track key quality metrics and manage the defect lifecycle to support transparency and timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry best practice, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to timelines and deliverables.
