Transformation Business Analyst | Hospitality & Retail

12-18 Month Fixed-Term Contract

Our client, a leading hospitality and retail organisation, is looking for a Transformation Business Analyst to join their Central Delivery team, supporting the successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives across the business.

Working with stakeholders across multiple functions, you'll play a key role in understanding business needs, defining requirements, analysing processes, and helping deliver digital solutions that improve both customer and colleague experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops to understand business challenges and define future-state solutions.
• Produce and maintain "as-is" and "to-be" process maps.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes, systems, and digital customer journeys.
• Work closely with project managers, product owners, technology teams, and third-party suppliers to support successful project delivery.
• Support digital transformation initiatives from discovery through to implementation and business readiness.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring business needs are understood and translated into effective solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering business or digital transformation projects.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and business analysis skills.
• Experience working on digital initiatives, including websites, mobile applications, customer platforms, or other digital products.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills.
• A collaborative approach with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience within hospitality, retail, or other customer-focused industries would be beneficial.
