Location: London (Full Onsite)Contract: Long-Term ContractRate: £25 per hour (Inside IR35)Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30
Overview:We are currently looking for an experienced VIP Desktop Support Engineer to join a fast-paced banking / financial services environment in Canary Wharf. This role will involve providing premium deskside and remote IT support to senior executives and key business users.
Key Responsibilities:* Provide high-level VIP deskside and remote support* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and desktop-related issues* Support Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environment* Deliver exceptional customer service to senior stakeholders* Manage incidents and requests within SLA timelines* Support remote working technologies and end-user devices
Required Skills & Experience:* Minimum 5 years' experience within Desktop Support / 2nd Line Support* Previous experience within Banking, Financial Services, or large enterprise environments* Experience supporting VIP users / senior executives* Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills* Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer-facing support experience looking for a long-term onsite contract within a premium enterprise environment.
