We're looking for a VMware Engineer with a strong automation mindset and hands-on experience in virtual infrastructure. You'll be part of a high-performing team delivering scalable, secure, and repeatable VM solutions using cutting-edge VMware technologies.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Automating VM provisioning using vRealize Automation (vRA), PowerCLI, and Terraform
• Managing and optimising VMware vSphere environments (ESXi, vCenter)
• Building and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) scripts for consistent deployments
• Automating OS builds, configuration, and hardening across Windows and Linux
• Integrating VM workflows with CI/CD pipelines and ITSM systems
• Ensuring performance, availability, security, and compliance across the estate
