.NET Developer, C#, React, Hybrid

.NET Developer (C# / React) Location: Cambridgeshire- Hybrid ( 3 days a week onsite)Day rate: Up to £550 a day (Inside IR35)Contract: Initial 6 Months- Likely extensions

We're working with a leading organisation that is investing heavily in the development and enhancement of its digital platforms. As part of this growth, we're looking for an experienced .NET Developer to join a collaborative engineering team and contribute to the delivery of modern, scalable applications used across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for a developer who enjoys working across the full software development lifecycle, from designing and building new features through to maintaining and improving existing applications. You'll work closely with developers, architects, product teams and key stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical solutions within a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and maintain applications using C# and .NET technologies
  • Build modern, responsive user interfaces using React
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services
  • Work with databases to design, optimise and manage data solutions
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices
  • Support ongoing enhancements, troubleshooting and performance improvements
  • Contribute to technical discussions and solution design
Skills & Experience
  • Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET/.NET Core
  • Experience developing frontend applications using React
  • Good understanding of API development and system integration
  • Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server
  • Exposure to cloud technologies, ideally Azure
  • Knowledge of modern software development principles and best practices
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
