Role: Software Developer – Focus on IAM
Salary: £40k to £50k per annum
Location: Hybrid 2 days in office (Bristol)

We are working with a leading HR / Talent Development Company who are looking for a Mid to Senior Level Developer who has detailed knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) to build software using languages and technologies of the .NET framework.
We are looking for a Mid to Senior level Software Engineer who will be playing a part in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software solutions. You will work on complex software projects, contributing to the architecture, development, and improvement of software system
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Work closely with cross‐functional teams to design and architect software solutions.
- Develop clean, efficient, and scalable code using .NET technologies.
- Execute testing activities and support the deployment of applications and systems.
- Produce and maintain clear documentation across all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Act as a subject‐matter expert for applications particularly Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Key Skills & Knowledge
- Demonstrated experience working as a .NET Developer or Application Developer.
- Strong understanding of the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and common software design or architectural patterns.
- Proficient in .NET and C#, with solid knowledge of front‐end technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3.
- Hands‐on experience with modern authentication standards and technologies, including JWT, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
- Familiar with various architectural styles and API approaches, such as REST and RPC.
