Weβre looking for an Account Manager who enjoys building strong relationships π¬, understanding client goals π―, and working with internal teams π€ to deliver great outcomes β
π― What youβll do
- Own a portfolio of customers π₯ and strengthen long-term relationships π€
- Identify needs π and shape solutions with colleagues across the business π§©
- Manage renewals π, account growth π and customer success π
- Keep CRM activity accurate and up to date π»π
- Lead stakeholder conversations π£οΈ, proposals π and presentations π€
β What weβre looking for
- Experience in account management / customer success / relationship-led sales π€
- Strong communication and organisation ποΈβ
- Comfortable with targets and commercial goals π―π·
- Confident using a CRM + MS Office π»π
