What you’ll be doing:

You’ll join a focused innovation team working across investment and operational functions to identify and deliver AI-driven improvements. Your work will include running workshops, mapping out current and future processes, defining requirements, and supporting the delivery of pilots through to production.

You'll help prioritise the right opportunities, assess tools and vendors, and make sure solutions meet business needs, all while tracking measurable outcomes and ensuring governance and compliance standards are met.

Expect to work on varied, high-visibility projects, from automating manual reviews to implementing summarisation tools or streamlining internal reporting.

What you’ll bring:

You’ve got 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Consultant or Product Owner, ideally in financial services, consulting, or a similar fast-paced environment. You're confident working with business and technology teams to understand problems, improve processes, and deliver change.

You’ve supported projects involving AI, automation or analytics, and you’re motivated by the opportunity to explore how emerging tools can be used to make real improvements to how work gets done.
