Finance Transformation PM - Oracle Fusion Finance

A multi-year Oracle Fusion Finance transformation at one of the biggest names in private equity, outside IR35.

This is a 12 month contract to start, sitting outside IR35, giving you the day rate and the freedom you want alongside a genuinely high-profile programme to get your teeth into.

You are stepping into a senior leadership role on a major Oracle Fusion Finance implementation at a firm that carries serious weight in the private equity world. This is not a maintenance project or a business-as-usual engagement. The business is going through significant change and you are one of the key people driving it forward.

The programme itself is multi-year and complex, which means your role has real substance. You are shaping how this gets delivered, managing workstreams, keeping things moving and making sure the right decisions get made at the right time. Finance transformation is at the heart of it, so you need to understand what good looks like when it comes to replatforming and rethinking how a finance function operates.

Your background is in Big 4 or MBB consultancy, at Senior Manager level or above. You have led finance transformation programmes before and you know how to manage the pace and politics that come with an implementation of this scale. Project or programme management is your bread and butter.

The firm itself is a well-known player in private markets. The change agenda is real, the investment is there and the visibility you get from this role is significant.
