IT Manager (City of London)

Oversee the technology estate with a focus on infrastructure and security for this firm operating within the private equity space.

You'd be coming in to manage two direct reports and the vendor relationship for their outsourced IT support function, driving innovation and efficiency in a range of technology initiatives. This would be across a user base of under 200 across their 4 global offices.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be in charge of the successful delivery of technology processes, overseeing projects, and ensuring smooth running operations.

Some of your wider responsibilities would include keeping up to date with the latest technologies to ensure the environment remains cutting edge, conducting red team tests, cyber simulations, educating staff and developing & implementing IT policies and procedures.

Tech stack wise, they're a Microsoft house, so you can expect to be working with technologies such as Azure, Entra, Intune, Sentinel, and Purview.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Experience overseeing and managing projects.
• Conducted cybersecurity simulations and red tests.
• Experience having managed vendor relationships.
• Exposure to the Microsoft suite.
