Oracle Business Analyst - Investment Management

This leading Investment Management firm is looking for an Oracle HCM Business Analyst to join their HR technology function.

What you'll do

  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into clear, functional specifications for Oracle HCM.
  • Collaborate with HR, Technology and Operations teams to optimise processes and support system configuration.
  • Conduct gap analysis, document workflows and manage updates to HCM modules.
  • Troubleshoot issues, support UAT activities and ensure data integrity across the platform.
  • Drive enhancements and continuous improvement within Core HR, Recruiting and related processes.

What you should bring

  • Strong Business Analyst experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, Oracle Core HR and Oracle Recruiting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into structured, actionable technical deliverables.

Contract details

  • 12-month contract
  • Hybrid (3 days per week)
  • £800/day Umbrella
